Last week, Kodak Black was arrested for possession, tampering with evidence, violation of his existing probation, and a traffic violation after police claimed they found him asleep at the wheel of his Bentley SUV.

During his arrest, police claim they saw a white powdery substance around the rapper's mouth, with rock-like substances on the ground around Kodak. While police claim the substance was cocaine, Kodak's attorney, Bradford Cohen, says that it was Percocet.

When it comes to the test the police did for the alleged cocaine, Cohen told TMZ, "The test they do is a presumptive test for illegal substances. It just turns blue."

Cohen went on to reveal that Kodak has developed a dependency for pain killers, for which he's getting treatment. Cohen told TMZ, "There will be a couple of different phases of this treatment in order for him to get better. You have to treat the root problem of the dependency and that's what is going to happen. We are going to alleviate dependency."
