In an unfortunate turn of events, Brooklynite Casanova took to Instagram where he revealed that he will be charged with a stabbing after an incident in the New Jersey prison where he's currently being housed. On his IG Story, Casanova wrote: "Early Christmas gift, they just charge[d] me for a stabbing in NJ YOU CANT EVEN DEFEND YOURSELF THEY JUST WANT YOU TO LAY DOWN AND DIE back to court Friday."
The news has sparked renewed support for the rapper who is currently serving a 16-year federal sentence on racketeering and drug charges. He faced up to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty in the federal case against the Gorilla Stone gang.
