Kodak Black was recently arrested on December 7 for cocaine possession and was being held at the Broward County Sheriff’s Office ahead of seeing a judge. The rapper was also reportedly charged with tampering with physical evidence and improper stop/stand/park.’ Now, it appears the rapper is back in federal prison after federal authorities held the rapper in custody over a supervised release violation.
It was noted that Kodak Black was still on probation despite receiving a pardon from former president Donald Trump in 2020. The pardon from Trump allowed the rapper to get out of a three-year prison sentence related to lying on a federal gun application.
Currently, Kodak Black is being held at FDC Miami and is set to see a judge on December 19, 2023. Stay tuned for more updates.
