Previously, Minnesota Timberwolves player Anthony Edwards went viral over an alleged exchange between him and an Instagram model named Paige Jordae. The woman showed alleged text messages between her and Edwards, with Edwards telling her to get an abortion after she told him he was pregnant. Now, Edwards has taken to social media to address the exchange, apologizing for his comments to the woman.
Via X, Edwards said, “I made comments in the heat of a moment that are not me, and that are not aligned with what I believe and who I want to be as a man.” He continued, “All women should be supported and empowered to make their own decisions about their bodies and what is best for them. I am handling my personal matters privately and will not be commenting on them any further at this time.” Take a look above.

Anthony Edwards has been turning into a star for the Minnesota Timberwolves, and now it appears the star player has been wrapped up in allegations of getting an Instagram model named Paige Jordae pregnant.
An alleged text message exchange posted by Paige found her saying, “I've never once ran to the internet about NO ONE. I tried over and over to handle this privately and my efforts were ignored. I've been lied to and manipulated by someone who knows exactly what they're doing and takes no accountability for anything. Y'all always want someone to blame and I guess it's going to be me.”
In the alleged exchange, Edwards told the woman, “Man, you can’t force a kid in da world,” after she said she didn’t want to get an abortion like she requested.
Paige’s display of screenshots also show that a wire transfer of $100,000 was sent, and she showed a video of her taking abortion pills. Edwards has not confirmed any of the messages at this time. Take a look above.
