Recently, it was reported that NBA Youngboy filed a petition related to his mental health while asking for an amendment to his house arrest arrangement. The rapper’s legal team filing says, “The defendant is restricted to 24-hour a day lock-down at his residence except for medical appointments and court appearances or other activities specifically approved in advance by the defendant’s pretrial supervision officer.”
The modification to Youngboy’s house arrest was granted on December 19 and found Judge Shelly Dick signing off on the rapper being able to leave his Utah home to head to doctor appointments in his neighborhood. While that was a win for the rapper, the judge denied Youngboy the ability to travel outside of Utah for stuff related to his career, which was also requested by his team. News of this comes after the rapper's trial date was revealed. Stay tuned for more updates.
