Blueface is facing a defamation lawsuit from Jackilyn Martinez, the mother of Soulja Boy's child. Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Martinez filed the lawsuit, claiming that the "Thotiana" rapper made false statements about their alleged hookup and also defamatory remarks about her child.
The dispute escalated during a recent exchange about a potential Verzuz matchup with Soulja Boy, where Blueface asserted his victory, stating, "Because I f****d your baby mama the day before your baby shower." Martinez's lawsuit quotes Blueface saying, "Till Soulja get a DNA test that's my child lil bro I'm the daddy now," and "What's old about your baby mama sucking my d**k."
While the veracity of the statements is unclear, Martinez's lawsuit acknowledges protected sexual relations with Blueface in 2018. Her legal team sent a cease and desist letter to Blueface to remove the comments from social media, prompting his response on Instagram, claiming he doesn't know who she is.
Martinez also alleges receiving death threats since the cease and desist letter was sent, leading to heightened tension. Blueface was recently involved in a separate incident in Utah, where he instructed his girlfriend, Jaidyn Alexis, to confront a female fan who reportedly threw ice onstage during their performance. Videos on social media depict Blueface allegedly orchestrating the confrontation, resulting in a fight breaking out.
