Hector Berrellez discussed the harsh reality of migration attempts across the U.S.-Mexico border. Hector explains that migrants from any country cannot pass through Mexico without paying cartels. If someone attempts to cross the border without the cartels' authorization and payment, they risk consequences. Hector then provided insight into the current U.S. Border Patrol procedures which he criticizes for not halting anyone, except facilitating illegal entrants into the country.
