Councilwoman Farah Louis highlighted Jay-Z's global influence and positive impact on his community during the resolution meeting. The proposal has been forwarded to the Committee on Cultural Affairs, Libraries, and International Intergroup Relations, with discussions expected to take place during the City Council's 2024 session starting on January 3.
