In a recent interview, rapper The Game discussed his association with Dr. Dre and Kanye West, along with the role of his manager, Wack 100. The Game asserted that he was "speaking his truth," when, during a previous interview on Drink Champs, he stated that Kanye did more for him in two weeks than he experienced for most of his career. This was seen as sidelining Dr. Dre, another titan of the industry. The Game believes that Dre understands and has no issue with his statement. He also clarified his relationship with his manager, Wack 100, explaining that he views him more as a brother who offers help when necessary than a traditional manager. He dismissed rumors that his partnering with Kanye West in a song was a payback to Wack regarding an unreleased Kim K tape. He insists that his relationship with Kanye predates Wack and is not linked to him.
