In an interview, Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, the former mobster turned government witness, shared an intriguing story about a time when there was a potential hit on world-renowned boxing promoter, Don King. Gravano says that he, along with other mobsters, wanted to stage a fight with their own boxers against Mike Tyson, who was represented by King. After a series of complex discussions that involved influential mob boss John Gotti, King declined their offer. Given Gotti's position, the rejection meant a potential hit on King. However, the man assigned to carry out the hit became alarmed and disappeared, leaving Gravano to confront King himself. Gravano, however, decided not to pursue the matter deciding that King was in his own world and did things his way.
