In this clip, Hector Berrellez broke down how cartels are able to launder money. He claimed that the criminal organizations use dispensaries and shell corporations before stating that banks are also complicit in the illegal activity. Hector also explained why the youth are drawn to cartels and detailed the cartels' military weaponry. Later in the clip, Hector talked about Mexican police releasing El Chapo's son after the Sinaloa Cartel sent over 400 men to the precinct to threaten officers.
