In this clip, Shawn Prez and Hector Berrellez had an in-depth discussion about the realities of cartel behavior and corruption in Mexico. The pair discussed notorious cartel bosses, who had been arrested but were able to keep the profits they earned from drug trafficking. Hector denounced the rampant corruption in Mexico, where individuals with copious amounts of money are able to leverage the government to seize their enemies' properties. Hector expressed concerns over this situation possibly corrupting the U.S. He stated that "corruption can destroy a whole nation" and implied that Mexican-style corruption could potentially violate human rights and freedoms in the U.S. if it were allowed to go unchecked.
