Part 1: Greg Kading on Vlad Saying He Solved 2Pac Murder

--------

Greg Kading discussed the possible repercussions if Keefe D admitted to lying in a proffer agreement, also known as a "queen for a day" immunity agreement. Kading, who has been grappling with this issue, contended that, if a person claimed fabrication, their initial admission should be presented at trial for the jury to judge. Kading also noted that the party can't be charged for presenting false information in a proffer agreement. Vlad theorized that Keefe D ingeniously escaped a 25-year minimum sentence for major drug charges by opting for the proffer. However, Kading disagreed, claiming the individual simply bypassed it. Furthermore, had Keefe D maintained silence, he couldn't have been charged with the murder. Kading concluded that the individual may have believed they were untouchable, and their desire for attention and financial gain may have driven them to speak out.
