Comedian Luenell explained the significance of her tattoos. Both hands are inked with tributes to legendary musicians Prince and Michael Jackson. Luenell said the initial idea was to have Michael Jackson’s toes emblem, but the intricacy of the design meant it wasn't feasible. She chose 'Bad' because she liked the graffiti-style of it from the album cover, and it symbolizes her identity as the original ‘Bad Girl of Comedy’. Luenell and Vlad also debated the merits of Michael Jackson versus Prince, with both agreeing that while Prince was a more accomplished musician, Jackson had a more global appeal.
