YFN Lucci, whose real name is Rayshawn Bennett, was given a lengthy prison sentence in the RICO case involving his YFN collective. As reported by WSB-TV, the Atlanta rapper has been sentenced to 20 years in prison but will only serve ten years.

On Tuesday (January 23), 32-year-old Lucci pleaded guilty to one count of violating the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. Initially, he faced multiple felony charges, including murder, which carried a potential life sentence without parole.

As part of his plea agreement, Lucci is expected to receive credit for the time he has already served, starting from surrendering to authorities in January 2021. He will be placed on ten years probation after his release from prison.

The State has also agreed to write a letter to the pardon and parole board, expressing no objection to his early release.

Before receiving his sentence, Lucci reportedly expressed his apologies to the family of the murder victim, as well as his own family and friends.
