Kevin Bludso discussed his journey to opening an additional restaurant branch in Hollywood. Kevin mentioned a customer who did not have much money but asked Kevin about his five and ten-year plans. Appreciating the customer's ambition, Kevin decided to collaborate with him. They built an impressive restaurant group, with locations in Santa Monica and one in Australia, which unfortunately had to close due to the pandemic. Kevin valued the unique flavor of his BBQ sauce and refused to let it be overpowered. He gained public recognition after appearing on the show, 'Bar Rescue,' and later judged on the Netflix series 'Barbecue Showdown.'
