A tragic incident occurred on Thursday night when a small plane, identified as a single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza V35, crashed into a Florida trailer park, resulting in multiple fatalities and setting several homes ablaze, according to officials from the Clearwater Fire and Rescue Department. The crash took place around 7:08 p.m. in the Bayside Waters mobile home park in Clearwater. The pilot reported engine failure before the crash, and it remains unclear how many individuals were on board.

Clearwater Fire and Rescue Chief Scott Ehlers confirmed "several fatalities" both from the aircraft and within the mobile home park. Disturbing footage released by the fire and rescue department depicted the aftermath, showcasing the charred wreckage of the plane amid burnt structures and trees. Another video circulating on social media revealed massive flames consuming a home in the vicinity.

The plane crashed into one of the mobile homes, resulting in a fire that impacted three additional residences. Fire Chief Scott Ehlers reported that the fires were promptly extinguished. Both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will conduct investigations into the tragic incident.
