Rapper Honeykomb Brazy was arrested after a gun was found in his vehicle, which involved a conspiracy theory and a rival artist's celebration. According to 1090 Jake, Brazy's record label provided him with security upon his release from prison, including a bulletproof vehicle and two guards. One guard had a past felony conviction and was thus prohibited from possessing firearms, while the other had a restraining order prohibiting firearm possession. Unbeknownst to Brazy, both possessed firearms. When their vehicle was pulled over by police, neither guard claimed ownership of the guns, leading to Brazy being charged due to his criminal history and potential violation of parole conditions. Notably, fellow artist Finesse2Tymes allegedly celebrated Brazy's arrest online. Tensions now revolve around whether Brazy was set up and the implications of the arrest; given his criminal history, he could face a 15-year mandatory sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act.
