Killer Mike Speaks Out After Being Detained at Grammys, Says Security Was 'Overzealous'

Killer Mike explained the incident that led to his arrest at the Grammys, attributing it to confusion and an overzealous security guard. "As you can imagine, there was a lot going and there was some confusion around which door my team and I should enter. We experienced an over-zealous security guard but my team and I have the upmost confidence that I will ultimately be cleared of all wrongdoing." 

In an attempt to move forward, Killer Mike proceeded past the guard, and the situation escalated, resulting in his arrest. He believes he will be cleared of all wrongdoing, considering the confusion and overreaction. Killer Mike is currently facing a misdemeanor battery charge after a citizen's arrest was conducted during the incident.
