Shaquille O'Neal, Bryant's former teammate, also played a crucial role in the arena's winning legacy, helping the Lakers secure three consecutive NBA championships in the early 2000s. On TNT's "Inside the NBA," O'Neal expressed his support for Bryant receiving a statue, calling it a "no-brainer" and expressing honor in being Bryant's teammate during their successful era.
