Rapper Quando Rondo, also known as Tyquian Bowman, was arrested by Savannah Police while already out on bond for federal drug charges. The 24-year-old was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving, with the arrest related to a wreck on Truman Parkway last year. The district attorney had previously attempted to revoke his bond after an alleged overdose during the summer. Bowman's spokesperson did not provide a comment on the recent arrest. Despite the arrest, he has been released from jail on a $4,600 bond.
