Latto dropped her single "Sunday Service" on Friday (February 9), and it quickly went viral as fans tried to speculate about her dissing Ice Spice.
While Latto didn't directly name Ice Spice, many felt like some of the lines were directed at the New York rapper, including, "Think I’m the s***, b***h, I know it, ho/ Jesus walked on water, I got ice boilin’ though."
Latto went on to state, "These b***hes corny, soon as monkey see, then you know monkey do/ Do you rap or do you tweet?/ ‘Cause I can’t tell, get in the booth, b***h." Latto added, "I just want a one on one, don’t know why she so nervous."
This comes after Ice Spice confirmed that she was taking shots at Latto on "Think U the S*** (Fart)," where she rapped: "I got my foot on they necks, I can’t let up/ She all on the floor, told her get up."
While on X Spaces, Ice Spice confirmed that she was rapping about Latto, as she explained,"Seeing that I’m in the back of your weak-ass snippet. So I was like, ‘Wait a second — that’s me?’ So I’m like, ‘Okay, since we’re talking about me, let’s talk about me,’ and I dropped that.
“I was like, ‘This has to be fake — this is AI,’ but b***hes be bold, so I was like, ‘Alright, we’re being bold today.’"
