In this clip, Dion Dawkins discussed his college experience, early career ambitions, and personal growth. Dawkins divulged that he earned his nickname "Shnowman" by offering to shovel snow for people during winter. Dion, who grew up with four siblings, credited his hustle mentality to his childhood need to find his own advantage and make money. Dion began playing football at a young age and, after graduating high school and attending a military prep school, went on to join Temple University's team.
