Robert Ladd, an investigator in the murder case of rapper Tupac Shakur, criticized former LA Police Department Detective Greg Kading for his handling of the case. Ladd criticized Kading's agreement with Keefe D. This agreement, known as a "proffer agreement," became a point of contention for Ladd, notably the fact that no one alerted Las Vegas, where the murder had taken place. Ladd says that Kading's team spent months exploring an angle to Tupac's murder without once notifying Las Vegas officials. Ladd expresses extreme concern and disapproval of this lack of "professional courtesy."
