Ladd also highlighted the alleged role of an individual deemed as a 'go-between' for Puffy and the Southside Crips, Eric Von Zip, who was rumored to have procured the murder weapon. However, Ladd believes it would be difficult to connect Diddy legally to Tupac's murder, stating that prosecutors must prepare a substantial amount of evidence to charge someone like Diddy, who could afford to hire expert attorneys. He ultimately predicted that such accusations would face insurmountable legal obstacles.
