Former NFL player Michael Vick opened up about his experiences growing up in a neighborhood where dogfighting was normalized and how he is now working to help change the laws surrounding it. After serving prison time for his involvement in dogfighting, Vick has become a passionate advocate for animal welfare, pushing for the establishment of new laws against the practice. Vick revealed that he even went to Congress to assist in passing these laws. However, he also acknowledged that there is still more work to be done, as specific laws against dogfighting within itself are lacking. In addition to his advocacy, Vick mentioned that he's working on several projects, including a documentary exploring the changing role of mobile quarterbacks in the NFL and a line of apparel and shoes in his name.
