Aries Spears, comedian and regular on VladTV, recently addressed the criticism he receives for participating on DJ Vlad’s platform despite Vlad being labeled a culture vulture by some. Spears simply explained that he values the opportunity to influence the program’s content and check Vlad when he thinks it’s necessary. Spears takes pride in being able to share his viewpoint directly on the show. As a further bonus, the comedian gets paid for his appearances and has gained new followers and show attendees through his interviews. Referencing the hate DJ Vlad receives online, despite the popularity of his show, he emphasizes the difference between online and offline interactions and reminds people that the internet is a place for role play and doesn't always reflect reality. Spears and Vlad also discussed the importance of meeting fury with kindness or affection when addressing haters.
