Update 02/19/2024 2:54pm:

Previously, Chris Brown called out Ruffles, noting the brand allegedly had his invitation to the 2024 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game pulled at the last minute. Brown said, “I was asked by the NBA to play in the all star game this year! Only for them to call later and say they couldn't do IT because of their sponsors like RUFFLES. At this point I'm sick of people bothering me and I'm tired of living in the fucking past. I POSTED THE EMAILS SO YALL COULD SEE.”

Now, Meek Mill has backed Chris Brown while shouting out Black-owned chip brand Rap Snacks. Via X, Meek said, “That’s why it’s important we support Rap Snacks… I live @RapSnacksNow over Ruffles, black-owned and taste better!!!!!!” From there, Rap Snacks replied by saying “We are the CULTURE.” Take a look above.

Chris Brown recently revealed that he was invited to play in the NBA All-Star celebrity game, only to be told that his invite was being taken away due to one of the sponsors, Ruffles, not wanting Chris in the game.

Chris wrote, "I was asked by the NBA to play in the all star game this year! Only for them to call later and say they couldn't do IT because of their sponsors like RUFFLES. At this point I'm sick of people bothering me and I'm tired of living in the fucking past. I POSTED THE EMAILS SO YALL COULD SEE. The NBA still was tryna get me to come and sit court side... NOT F***ING HAPPENING."

Ruffles since responded with a statement that read: "Ruffles sponsored last night's NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, however we did not have any involvement in, nor visibility to, any player decisions or celebrity invite discussions."

This led to Chris calling out Ruffles, claiming that they were trying to "save face" after he released emails backing up his claims. Chris added that he had no reason to lie, and he stated that Ruffles only responded because his fans went after them. Chris also pointed out that Ruffles turned off the comments on their post with their statement. You can read in full above.
