Update 02/20/2024 10:04am:
Benzino made headlines after a clip of him crying during his "Drink Champs" interview went viral.
During the moment, Benzino lamented about his beef with Eminem being a major focus in all of his interviews. He tearfully explained, "For 22 years, every time I do an interview they ask me about Eminem. The f*** you want me to do? Come on, man. I love my daughter, I raised my daughter like any other street n***a …My daughter came to into the industry figuring that ‘Hey, I gotta be cool with Eminem because everybody’s against my dad.’ You think this s*** is f***ing cool? Nah, man. We’re failing as a people."
After people started making fun of him after the clip went viral, Benzino took to Instagram to address the situation. He wrote, "I see a lot of people laughing at Benzino crying, I don't find that funny at all, I seen killers get emotional and start breaking down in tears. Crying don't make you weak, crying is just a human emotion, don't ever get it twisted, a n***a will cry right before he push ya s*** back."

Benzino's 20+ year beef with Eminem continued to rage on after the two recorded diss tracks aimed at one another earlier this year.
Benzino touched on the beef while sitting down with "Drink Champs," where he displayed a range of emotions while speaking about the situation. Benzino stated, "F*** Eminem and f*** everybody down with Eminem. My thing is this, that n***a won’t face me."
He added, "I know he ain’t gone fight me. I know that, but how about I’ll battle that n***a … How about we put this to bed, three round battle, where me and him battle rap, we have minutes, and we battle. How about that? Just battle, no violence. After that we can hug it out and let this s*** be over."
Things later took an emotional turn, as Benzino explained that he wanted to put the beef to bed, "I don’t have nothing against Eminem. Em can rap, but I care about us more. I don’t want to talk about it no more."
Benzino went on to say, "For 22 years, every time I do an interview they ask me about Eminem.
