The YSL trial resumed for the 32nd day on Tuesday (February 20), where a 911 call from September 11, 2013 was played for the court.
The call features a woman telling dispatchers that she was told by a neighbor that Young Thug was responsible for shooting a mutual friend. The woman states, "They came to my house and told me that the guy who shot somebody's name was Young Thug, whoever that's supposed to be."
Prosecutors argued that the 911 call should be played for jurors in the YSL RICO trial as evidence. However, Young Thug's attorney argued against the move, stating that most of the 911 call was "hearsay." Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville asked for more time to rule on if the call should be played for the jury.
