In a recent interview, Former Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown discussed his tumultuous relationship with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Brown confirmed that he did compare Roethlisberger's attitude to an "owner" because of the control and power the quarterback has within the game, but denied any personal issues with him. He also expressed how his comments could sometimes be misunderstood by the media. Brown further revealed that he did not respond to Roethlisberger's apology call due to the hurt he felt at the time, but clarified that he harbours no resentment towards him. Brown acknowledged the significant role that both Roethlisberger and the game of football played in his life, as it helped him overcome adversity and escape the trauma of his early life. However, they had not spoken in a while as they have gone their separate ways.
