Local Miami ABC affiliate WPLG 10 has released additional footage of their interaction with Kodak Black after he was released from federal custody on Wednesday (February 21) night.
Kodak became combative with a journalist and videographer, who he repeatedly told to leave him alone. At one point, Kodak started throwing rocks at them, which the journalist said hit the videographer in the ribs. Kodak then told them that they awoke a bear that had been hibernating. He then added that he was focused on the upcoming birth of his son, and he wanted to be left alone.
The reporter later revealed that police were called to the scene after Kodak left in an awaiting SUV, and he stated that a police report was filed.

Kodak Black was released from the Miami Federal Detention Center after over two months in custody for probation violations. The rapper admitted to failing to contact his probation officer regularly, resulting in a time-served sentence. Kodak Black was initially arrested in December for being found asleep at the wheel of an SUV and faced charges of oxycodone possession, evidence tampering, and a traffic violation. His attorney successfully disputed a cocaine possession claim, and the oxycodone charge was dropped. Upon release, Kodak Black threw rocks at journalists and allegedly threatened a reporter.
