Actor and comedian Donnell Rawlings has served in the U.S. Air Force, but he didn't undertake military service purely out of patriotism. This was one of the insights he revealed during his discussion with Vlad, where the pair addressed various subjects, including Rawlings' military experience and the perception of literacy and service in the armed forces. Rawlings quipped that, contrary to popular belief, he didn't join the military to protect anyone but joined primarily for the benefits it offered. He also addressed a comment about his fellow comedian, Earthquake, and his ability to read, stating that it was unlikely Earthquake could have worked in the military if he were illiterate.
