Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine's former associates from the Nine Trey Bloods, including Fubanger, faced a substantive legal uprise following declarations made by the rapper. Members of the notorious New York gang were charged under RICO laws after a string of arrests, including Tekashi and Fubanger. During an interview with Vlad, Fubanger confirmed he was incarcerated for a prior shooting and found himself in a larger legal quagmire once the RICO charges were enforced. Having learned that the federal government had assumed control over his case, a surprised Fubanger was subsequently reprimanded for assault with a dangerous weapon. Tekashi publicly distanced himself from the gang, later pleaded guilty, confirmed his membership with the Nine Trey gang, and agreed to testify against his former colleagues.
