French Montana denied rumors that Trina introduced him to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian. He explained the pair met at a studio session attended by music stars Rick Ross and Meek Mill, among others. After that meeting, French Montana enquired from Sean "Diddy" Combs, if he had Khloe's number so he could invite her to a performance. The start of their relationship was low-key, and they mostly hung out at Combs' son's birthday party in LA. Khloe's affection for Montana grew to the point of considering marriage. However, when asked why they broke up, Montana revealed he was dealing with a divorce at the time, had just ended a five-year relationship, and wasn't ready to settle down. He ended the relationship to focus on his career but appreciated the moments he spent with her.
