Comedian Gary Owen recently confirmed that his divorce from his ex-wife has been finalized after two years. Owen addressed rumors about his infidelity and a claim that his ex-wife demanded $44,000 a month in alimony. Although he admitted that there was infidelity in his marriage, he clarified that it was not with Claudia Jordan. Owen praised Jordan for her loyalty and friendship throughout his marriage and stated that he defended her when she was unjustly dragged into the situation. He also revealed that he did not have a prenuptial agreement and stressed their importance, stating that those with a significant income should protect themselves. Owen said that the unfaithfulness was not the sole cause for the dissolution of his marriage and that he was the one who filed for divorce. He concluded by suggesting people should avoid marrying entertainers or athletes in their 20s.
