Charles "PeeWee" Goldsmith discussed a dramatic incident involving the Hells Angels and their high-profile legal defense. According to Goldsmith, two Hells Angels members allegedly shot five Outlaws at Custer Park, prompting a massive police raid involving SWAT teams, helicopters, and dogs. The accused were captured and jailed but successfully avoided conviction after a two-year trial. The legal defense's success is largely attributed to David Kenner, a prominent attorney known for representing Snoop Dogg and other high-profile clients. Goldsmith disclosed that the Hells Angels paid Kenner a significant fee of half a million dollars for his services. Despite the stakes, the Outlaws who were shot ultimately did not testify against the Hells Angels, contributing to the defense’s victory. Goldsmith explained that the Hells Angels’ code of silence played a crucial role in their legal strategy. Maintaining this silence has enabled the group to triumph in legal battles where others might falter.
