Williams shed light on Birdman's infamous statement during a beef with Mannie Fresh, where Birdman hinted at the significance of his tattoos. Although Williams could not confirm when Birdman got his tattoos, he shared his personal experience, noting that he started removing his tattoo tears due to their implications during incarcerations. He further elaborated that while some people get tattoo tears to signify bodies, law enforcement officers have observed that many use them as an intimidation tactic. He estimated that only about half of those with tattoo tears have actually committed murders.
