An unexpected encounter at a bank led to a candid conversation between the two, which didn't fully resolve their issues.
Tensions escalated when Polo G contacted Vlad after seeing a critical interview Vlad gave to DJ Akademiks where Vlad highlighted Polo G's family's controversial actions, including his mother's reported altercation and his brother's criminal activities. During a heated FaceTime call, Polo G aggressively demanded a meeting, to which Vlad refused, citing safety concerns due to the rapper's legal troubles.
Further complicating matters, Polo G's brother, Trench Baby, allegedly used Polo G's name to facilitate robberies, including an incident where $50,000 was extorted from a victim. Vlad expressed concern for Polo G's direction, noting that the rapper's talent and success shouldn't be overshadowed by unlawful behavior.
