Elliott Wilson revealed insights into his tumultuous departure from The Source magazine. Wilson's early journalistic endeavors began with the magazine Beat Down, co-founded with Sasha Jenkins and Haji Akiba. This laid the groundwork for his later work at The Source. However, his stint there would end abruptly due to internal conflicts with co-founder Dave Mays, who Wilson felt "snaked" him.
