After signing with Jay-Z and starting to film the "State Property" movie, Oschino's life took a drastic turn in 2000. Just after his big break, he was arrested for a murder he didn't commit. The police stormed his home, charging him with murder. Oschino fled to Atlanta, living in fear for six months until he was captured, flown back to Philadelphia, and interrogated publicly on the plane. Locked up, he discovered he didn't even know the victim, yet faced severe charges, including attempted murder. For 20 years, Oschino didn't know why he was targeted. Ultimately, he learned it was due to his manager, who got caught with drugs and falsely accused Oschino to reduce his own sentence. The incorrect charge seriously derailed Oschino's life and career, marking him as a convicted felon. Despite being proven innocent, the experience left long-lasting scars, altering his life irreparably.
