He stresses that not all inmates are willing or capable of rehabilitation, and the focus on humane treatment has compromised safety and security. Incidents of violence against staff and even visitors have surged, with two female visitors recently being attacked. Bravo also opened up about his experience working under a problematic warden, claiming that the warden allowed blatant misconduct and violence.
