Oschino revealed that Jay-Z and Cam'ron shared a "funny relationship" and never truly clicked. Oschino speculated that Jay-Z saw Cam'ron, who was immensely popular at the time, as a potential rival, which contributed to the unease. Furthermore, Jay-Z’s reluctance to collaborate and elevate other artists added to the tension. Oschino observed that Jay-Z often took over songs rather than featuring on them, reinforcing his dominant position within the label.
