Michael Franzese shared his views on the controversial RICO charges against Sean "Diddy" Combs, questioning why the rapper seems to be the sole individual facing such serious charges. Franzese found it surprising and "disgusting" that Diddy's alleged activities went on for two decades unchecked. Franzese remarked that in his former life with the mob, such activities wouldn't have lasted long without law enforcement intervention.
Franzese and DJ Vlad also highlighted Diddy's denied bail as indicative of the severity of the charges. The could be due to concerns about Diddy being both a flight risk and a danger to the community, with allegations of witness tampering also figuring into the court's decision. Meanwhile, Franzese criticized the legal system for its unequal treatment towards defendants compared to prosecution, specifically in the realm of witness management and tampering rules.
