Tupac Shakur's biological father Billy Garland detailed his life story in this new VladTV exclusive. Garland talked about his childhood experiences and the events that led him to join the Black Panther Party. He described his role in the political organization, as well as his romance with fellow Black Panther Afeni Shakur. After conceiving Tupac with Afeni, Garland's presence in Tupac's life didn't extend beyond his early years and he explained the circumstances that caused him to become estranged from the future Hip-Hop legend. Later in the interview, he broke down the chain of events that led him to reconnect with his son and how they began to rebuild their relationship.
