In a revealing interview with Vlad, rapper Band$ From Tha Rose opened up about his 2012 arrest at 21 for attempted murder, including charges of mayhem and assault with a deadly weapon, enhanced due to gang affiliations. Mayhem is defined as causing the loss of a body part, which, in this case, was the victim's eye. The gruesome incident unfolded at a South Rosa warehouse party that escalated into chaos. Band$, alongside friends and other attendees, fled the scene amidst a police raid, later converging at a nearby liquor store.
A violent brawl erupted, resulting in stabbings, including one victim who sustained a crushed skull leading to the loss of an eyeball. Band$, who faced charges alongside nine others, was already serving time for unrelated burglary charges when police linked him to the melee. Reflecting on his past, he stresses his desire to leave that life behind, now advocating for freedom, success, and positive relationships.
