In a recent interview with VladTV, Napoleon, a member of the Outlawz, expressed that the arrest of Keefe D, in connection with the murder of Tupac Shakur, is a case of karma coming full circle. Napoleon remarked, "He got what was coming to him," emphasizing the inevitability of consequences within a lawful society. Despite the arrest, Napoleon acknowledges it doesn't equate to closure, as nothing can bring Tupac back. He also dismissed conspiracy theories about larger parties being involved, suggesting instead that street retaliation by Orlando Anderson, an active gang member, was the likely scenario. Meanwhile, Vlad discussed an interview with Tupac's biological father, Billy Garland, who remains skeptical of the arrest, seeing Keefe D as a scapegoat in a possibly bigger plot. Garland and other family members aren't invested in convictions, due to past conflicts with law enforcement and a resolve not to implicate more Black men in the justice system.
