Peter Chin, the renowned former leader of the Ghost Shadows gang, recently opened up about the turbulent experience of assuming leadership following a betrayal by the previous leader, Nicky, who became a cooperating witness. Chin recounted the complex dynamics that unfolded after Nicky's attempted murder of a gang member. Nicky's decision to cooperate with law enforcement marked a pivotal moment for the Ghost Shadows, leading to his ousting. The gang then operated under a more democratic setup with five generals, including Peter, jointly making decisions. However, after other leaders were convicted on extortion charges, Chin was voted in as the sole leader at just 20 years old.
