Jim Jones recently sat down for an interview on DMAL's BNF podcast, where he shared his thoughts on Drake's lawsuit against UMG.
Jones spoke about the lawsuit around the 34-minute mark, and he defended Drake against people saying that he's suing Kendrick Lamar. He stated, "He's not personally suing against Kendrick Lamar, which everybody seems to think that this lawsuit is about. He didn’t sue Kendrick Lamar. He sued UMG, which is the biggest company that has the biggest bag, n****.
"You think I ain't gonna sue Amazon if I get a chance to? We suing everybody, n****. Any one of them companies I get a chance to, playing at that level, to sue for billions? I'm going for it."
Jones went on to speak about Tracy Morgan winning a lawsuit against Walmart after being involved in a deadly crash in 2014. He stated, "So how the f*** we not gon’ be happy about somebody who gets a bag from one of the biggest companies that’s been r*ping everybody anyway?"
