Former NBA star JR Smith wasn't feeling the questions Cam Newton was asking Royce Reed about her former relationship with Dwight Howard. During the sit-down on his podcast, Cam asked Royce about details about her relationship with Dwight.
When asked if she had ever seen Howard with men, Royce stated, "Yeah, all the time. They took mushrooms together and then they were like in the bed moaning and touching themselves. Yeah, but they said that's an effect of taking mushrooms. I didn't take them. I pretended to but I didn't take them. I spit them right out.”
At one point, Cam asked Royce, "Is he gay?"
This led to JR Smith sharing his thoughts on Cam's questions during the interview, as he wrote on Instagram, "Respectfully this is hella corny Cam, bringing on a black woman to kill a black man is never cool, don't care who's right or wrong. All clickbait ain't good clickbait. This ain't love."
Cam then responded to Smith, writing, "Call it what you want. Respectfully... I don't go back n forth in no comments... I ain't hard to find sir..."
